Mail Server Setup

VoicerCRM includes a full email server — you don't need a separate mail service. It sends and receives on your own domain, stores mailboxes in the database, and ties every message to the right customer.

Get your domain ready

For email to send reliably and not land in spam, set two DNS records for your domain:

  • SPF — lists the servers allowed to send mail for you.
  • DKIM — signs your outgoing mail so receivers can verify it's really from you.

Configure the server

  • Set the SMTP (sending) and IMAP (reading) settings and your outbound relay.
  • Create mailboxes, folders and quotas for your team.
  • Connect external mailboxes with OAuth if you also use Google/Microsoft mail.

  • Incoming email is matched to the customer and added to their timeline.
  • Support email can automatically become a help-desk ticket.
  • Run campaigns and drip/nurture sequences from templates.
