VoicerCRM Documentation
Everything you need to run, use and extend VoicerCRM — the customer-relationship system built to work hand-in-hand with your VoicerOnePBX phone system.
VoicerCRM keeps everything you know about a customer in one place — their details, your whole history with them, and the sales, support, scheduling and billing tied to each one — and connects it to the phone. When a customer calls, their record is already on screen before you say hello.
A CRM is simply the system of record for your customers. Wherever we use a technical term you'll see it underlined with dots — hover or tap for a plain-English definition, or see the Glossary.
Built for the phone
VoicerCRM is the CRM companion to VoicerOnePBX. Because they're designed together, the phone and the customer record act as one system:
Screen-pop
An incoming call instantly shows the caller's card — name, history, open tickets and balance — on the agent's screen.
Click-to-dial
Click any number in the CRM and the PBX places the call — no misdials, no re-typing.
Automatic logging
Every call is written to the customer's timeline automatically, with notes and the recording.
Two-way sync
Customers and caller-ID names stay in step between the CRM and the phone system.

One record for every kind of business
At the heart of VoicerCRM is the Universal Customer Data Model. Instead of forcing a retail shop, a dental clinic and a software company into the same rigid "contact" form, VoicerCRM uses a single flexible record — a Party — that can be a person or an organization, linked to others by whatever relationship fits (customer, patient, student, vendor, referral). Industry-specific details (a patient's insurance, a subscription plan, a loyalty balance) attach without changing the underlying system.
It means one CRM serves retail, healthcare, software/SaaS, education and trades — and grows with you — instead of you outgrowing a tool built for just one of them. See the data model for the detail.
