Batch Import of Devices
Setting up a whole office one phone at a time is slow. Batch import lets you prepare a spreadsheet of extensions and devices and load them all in one go.
Prepare the spreadsheet
Export or build a simple CSV (comma-separated) file — the kind any spreadsheet app can save. Each row is one extension/phone. Typical columns:

Run the import
- Open Extensions → Import and choose your CSV.
- VoicerOnePBX validates the rows and shows you a preview — any problems (duplicate extension, bad MAC) are flagged before anything is created.
- Confirm. Extensions are created, passwords generated, and any MAC-bound phones are ready to provision.
Do a dry run first
Import a handful of rows to confirm your column layout and vendor names are recognised, then import the rest. You can always re-run — existing extensions are matched, not duplicated.
Phones still need the network
Importing creates the extensions and configs, but each phone still fetches its settings over the network — so make sure DHCP and the provisioning port are set up (see Installation).
