Wallboards

A wallboard is a big-screen, glanceable display of your live call-centre metrics — the kind you put on a TV on the floor so the whole team can see how things are going right now.

What goes on it

  • Calls waiting and the longest current wait.
  • Agents available vs. busy.
  • Answered / abandoned counts for the day.

Driving a display

Point a browser on a wall-mounted screen (or a small media player like a Raspberry Pi) at the wallboard page and leave it running. There's also a lightweight display protocol for dedicated signage screens, and templates you can customise to match your branding.

Build your own

Prefer a custom display? The live figures are available from a status endpoint, so you can build a wallboard exactly the way you want it — branding, layout and metrics all yours. See Custom Wallboards in the developer docs for the /api/queue-status shape and a drop-in HTML example.
