Notifications

Each user can be notified of new messages by email and/or SMS. Voicemail emails can include the audio, the transcript, and a summary — so a message reaches someone even when they're away from their desk.

For developers

Everything here is also reachable programmatically. Your own software can send messages and pull received ones through the Messaging and Inbox APIs.
