User Directory

The user directory is your company phonebook. VoicerOnePBX builds it from your extensions and pushes it to desk phones and the browser client, so anyone can look up a colleague and call them with a tap instead of memorising extension numbers.

What's in it

• Each person's name and extension.
• Optional mobile number, so phones can offer a "call mobile" entry too.
• Optional photo (shown on phones that support contact photos, such as Yealink local contacts).

How it reaches the phones

The directory is served as part of provisioning. When a phone pulls its config it also pulls the phonebook; updates are picked up on the next provision or re-provision. The browser client fetches it live.
